Google Video to Discontinue Upload Service
04/03/09
Video is becoming more and more an integral part of people’s web designs. It’s no surprise. It’s very easy to create a video, upload it and then incorporate it into your content management system. One of these online video services, Google Video, will discontinue their upload services in a few months. Don’t worry, Google claims that all your previously uploaded content will still remain online – you just will not have the ability to upload new content. Google purchased YouTube near the end of 2006 for 1.65 billion and is recommending that everyone switch over to YouTube or Picasa.
