Founded in 2001, Ambir Technology is an industry leader in card scanners, document scanners and signature pads. They strive to consistently develop the highest quality and most innovative hardware and software solutions for ID card and document management in business processes. Ambir came to BolderImage because their existing website was difficult to manage and didn’t perform well in search engines. Ambir needed an upgrade to their website that would help their business grow.

BolderImage worked with Ambir to identify their business needs. First, it was clear that Ambir needed a website that performed better in search engines. BolderImage developed a search engine optimization strategy that included keyword research and an updated site construction. The end result will make the website more search-engine friendly and thereby perform better in the search engine results.

Next BolderImage implemented a content management system and a BolderImage eStore solution. This allows Ambir to easily add and update pages of content, news and products without having to know HTML or without any web development experience. Increasing Ambir’s conversation rate – not losing customers during the checkout process – was a large focus of the project.

Finally, BolderImage integrated the website into NetSuite, Ambir’s CRM. Not wanting employees to do double data entry; order information and contact information syncs directly between the new website and NetSuite. BolderImage developed a custom solution to easily tie the two together.
